All orders are tracked, and you will receive a tracking link for your order in your email.

1. Dispatch Time

All orders received before 2PM UK time, will be dispatched the same day. Orders after 2PM UK time will be dispatched the next working day.

Please note that orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

2. Delivery Timeframes

UK orders are estimated to arrive within 2-3 working days from the dispatch date. However, please allow for possible delays during peak seasons or unforeseen circumstances

International orders may take between 6-14 working days to arrive, depending on the destination and the efficiency of local postal services.

Customs processing times may also contribute to the overall delivery duration.

3. Shipping Methods

We use reputable courier services and postal providers for both domestic and international shipments. Tracking information will be provided for all orders when available.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs vary based on the destination and the weight of the package. The shipping cost will be calculated and displayed at checkout before completing your purchase.

5. Customs and Duties

For international orders, please be aware that customs duties and taxes may be applicable upon arrival in the destination country. The recipient is responsible for covering these additional charges. The Islamic Shop 786 has no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please get in touch with your local customs office for further information.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and instructions on how to track your package.

7. Order Changes and Cancellations

We aim to dispatch orders promptly; therefore, changes or cancellations is not possible once an order is processed. 

8. Missing or Damaged Items

If your order arrives with missing or damaged items, please get in touch with us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.

Incorrect Address

If the address is incomplete or incorrect, no refund will be provided. Please ensure the correct address is provided when ordering.
